    With 3 club competitions through the year there are plenty of opportunities to win rosettes, prizes and trophies and to see who is the most consistent Pegger.

    Competitions are open to all club members and are hosted at Ditchling Common Stud riding school.

    Sussex Peggers Riding Club competitions include tent pegging with both sword and lance, 2 rings and a peg using a lance, 2 oranges and a peg with a sword and a skill at arms course.

    Points are awarded for hitting the target, speed and style.

    Competitions are open to all club members from adult riders, our minis (under 12s), and our junior sqaud.

Royal Windsor horse show - 14 May 2010

Second in the team event and individual prizes in the SLR and tent pegging classes. See all results.

The B team of the Sussex Peggers Riding Club claimed the second place in the team event at Windsor. The team consisted of Michael Smith, Georgina Hughes, and Gerald Nott.

Individual prizes also went to John Dudeney with a second place in the SLR and third place in the individual tent pegging. Sarah King was placed third in the SLR competition.
